Despite this simple appearance, this is not just another Tessen. Yamato Budogu Tessen are made with a high quality Washi (Japanese paper), the Oyabone (outer ribs) are made of iron, forged in the very same Gifu, and the Nakabone (inner ribs) are made of the fine blackened Kyoto bamboo.

A nice cardboard box and a purple soft cloth bag are included to this fineTessen.
