The “Air Mail” service is only available for shipping small packages under 2
kg of weight, for that reason it can not be used for some of our
products.
If the total weight of your order exceeds or your order has
a product that can not be shipped by “Air” service because of it’s
size, you will be offered to choose only between UPS and EMS shipping
services while checkout process, and “Air mail” will not be available
in that case.
Please, note that “Economic Air Mail” delivery service is
not registered or insured, neither trackable, so we cannot be
responsible for loss or damage during the shipping if this method was
chosen.
For the faster safer and trackable shipping we recommend you
UPS or EMS mailing services.
