How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  We at Yamato Budogu take great pride in our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send us an email and let us know that you want to return it. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITHOUT INFORMING US BEFOREHAND.

You can return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 7 days from the date of receiving. We cannot refund or exchange any item already used, embroidered or custom-made. We remind you again not to return anything without prior notification for the avoidance of difficulties of misunderstandings and unnecessary costs. The cost of returning any item will be incurred by the customer except in the event that the wrong item has been shipped, or the merchandise has a defect.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Yamato Budogu takes great pride in our reputation for quality and customer’s satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase send us an email and let us know that you want to return it. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITHOUT INFORM US.

You can not cancel, refund or exchanged any used, customized embroidery or custom-made item. Please be careful during the checkout process to ensure you have ordered correctly. We do not refund or exchange any items, which were ordered incorrectly (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, wrong color of embroidery, wrong text for embroidery etc.). We recommend you NOT TO SEND ANYTHING without inform us firstly for the avoidance of difficulties of returning and unnecessary costs.

The cost of returning any item will be incurred by the customer except in the event that the wrong item is shipped, or merchandise has a defect.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
