     The Kyahan are used over the calves and ankle to keep the bottom of the pants legs tight to the body and to avoid any hooking during the training. It also provides support and protection for your calves and ankles, while at the same time offering space for hiding weapons. 

     Yamato Budogu is very proud to introduce you this original Steel Plate Kyahan. Thanks to the 8 steel plates of 0.6mm thick wrapped with felt, you have almost 1 cm of steel core cushion protection. Also made of durable 100% cotton canvas with a special 3D cut in the ankle and an elastic band all over the length that make these Kyahan not only more comfortable, but also unique in fit, support and protection.
  • 7 Kohaze (Traditional metal claps) with four adjust widths lines.
  • Available only in black.
