(1556-1623) was a Daimyo during the Sengoku and Edo period.
He quickly distinguished himself as an outstanding commander, and was
involved in much of the fighting and became head of the Uesugi clan.
This distinguishing Kabuto features Maetate with a dark cloud and aimposing sun with the names of his favorite 3 Buddhist deity, Bishamonten Ou – Nitten Taishou Kongou – Marishi Sonten in relief.
However the most refined point would be not only this but the decorative details on the Fukigaeshi (winglets on helmet) together with the elegant Chakin Nari Style Kabuto, with the top of the Kabuto resembling folded cloth.
